What we collect
- Browsing this site: we don't use accounts, analytics trackers or advertising cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
- Custom video orders: your name, email address, the pet photos you send and the story details you choose to share. We use these only to make and deliver your video and to answer your questions.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Affiliate links
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you click a product link, Amazon may set cookies to know the visit came from us. Amazon's privacy notice applies once you are on their site.
How long we keep it
Order photos and details are deleted 90 days after your video is delivered, unless you ask us to keep them for future orders. We keep basic order records (name, email, package, date) as long as needed for tax and accounting.
Sharing
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services needed to run the shop (Stripe for payments, our email provider for messages, and the AI tools used to create your video), or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us. We'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
